How to Order & Make Payments
I haven't yet set up payment directly through the website. Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, wise, or PayPal directly to my account. Send an email to 4loveofprettythings@gmail.com (no "the") or by Facebook messenger (4 the Love of Pretty Things on Facebook) that tells me what you want to purchase. We can then set up the payment and exchange or shipment. See below for shipping details.
Return & and Refund policies
Commissioned work (pieces that I tailor make specifically for you), are non-refundable. However, if you are having an issue with it, let me know and I will fix it for you.
For non-commissioned work, exchanges and refunds are available within a week of receiving the item. I ask customers to pay for shipping costs.
Shipping, pick-up, & delivery
I ask customers to cover the cost of shipping, which will depend on customer location and the size of the shipment. Orders will be processed and shipped within three business days. I can let you know the price before you agree to the purchase. :)
I'm also happy to organize a physical exchange with you. You are welcome to come pick it up at our location in Montreal, I can also drive it to your house for a fee, if you live in Montreal.
